The links provided here are entirely of my own choosing.  They are not, except for Métis sites, particularly comprehensive, and no attempt has been made to make them representative of the range of Aboriginal sites now on the Web.  They are selected on the basis of their usefulness to me and the interest of their content.  This is particularly true of the list of Best Canadian Native Sites below.

Silverhawk Panel

I don't have any stock or any other connection to this site, but I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the artist's generosity in sharing it that I offered this space as a kind of tribute to excellence.
Best Panel

It is unlikely any two people would pick the same sites that you will find below.  They certainly reflect my own interests but they also have the common characteristics of being timely, significant to the Canadian Native community, and containing pertinent information and/or valuable links to other Canadian sites.  Just click on an image or title to get to a site.  Use your Back button <--- to return.
SISIS Logo
Settlers In Support of Indigenous Sovereignty

For tracking the most radical issues in Indian country this is thebest site bar none.

Bill's Logo
Bill's Aboriginal Links

The first and still best set of Aboriginal links on the web. You could spend the rest of your life in here.

AMMSA Logo
Aboriginal Multi-Media Society

With a searchable database of several (mostly western) Native publications, this site is a valuable research resource.

Law Logo
Sakatchewan University Native Law Centre

Want to know what is going on in the courts or justice issues and programs?  This site is the one.

RCAP Logo
RCAP Final Report

Although I consider the RCAP report seriously flawed, it is a seminal document in current Aboriginal policy development.

Turtle Logo
TurtleIsland Native Network

A tad hightech to suit me, but a beautiful site with a lot of varied and valuable connections.

AYN Logo
Aboriginal Youth Network

This site is currently under reconstruction but was chosen because of its past performance in addressing Native youth issues and needs.

Other Metis Logo
Exploring Native Ancestry

If anyone knows of a better set of Native Canadian Aboriginal genealogical links please let me know. I couldn't find another one -- honest!
