The following titles are my personal selection of materials I have found helpful in achieving some understanding of Aboriginal issues in Canada. Some of these books refer specifically to Métis issues and some do not. Some are readily available in general bookstores and others only through the publisher, university,or Aboriginal organizations which distribute them. Where the text of a publication is available on line, a link is provided to that site.
